REFERRAL REWARDS PROGRAM (Current Families)

ELIGIBILITY

• Only current families whose accounts are in good standing (no outstanding balances) may participate.

• The referrer must be the parent or legal guardian listed on an active student account.

• Studio staff, faculty, and directors are not eligible for referral credits.

WHAT COUNTS AS A REFERRAL

• A referral is one new household (family unit), not one child. Multiple children from the same household count as a single referral.

• The new family must not be currently enrolled and must not have been previously enrolled.

• Self-referrals, referrals of immediate family members already associated with the studio, or referrals of families who have already inquired independently are not eligible.

• A family may only be referred once. Subsequent enrollments of additional children from the same household do not generate additional credits.

HOW TO MAKE A REFERRAL

• The new family must clearly state the full name of the referring parent/guardian at the time of registration or in their initial email to the studio. When registering, the first required field is "How did you hear about CCB?" Select "Current Student/Cast Member," then fill in the family name in the open field.

• Charm City Ballet will record the referral source. If the source is still unclear or disputed after attempted resolution, the studio’s determination is final.

• This benefit only includes tuition credit against future/outstanding (for installation payments) tuition payments. Credits are applied only to the referrer’s tuition account. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, are non-refundable, and cannot be used for registration fees, performance fees, private lessons, merchandise, or any non-tuition charges.

• After three successful referrals, the count returns to zero and the cycle begins again. There is no limit to tuition credits earned through referrals.

NEW FAMILY BENEFIT

• A new family that qualifies under this program receives 10% off their first year’s tuition and a waived $30 registration fee.

• This benefit applies only to the first school year of enrollment and only to tuition for the Student Division.

• A new family may receive this benefit only once, regardless of how many children enroll or whether they were referred by a current family.

DEFINITION OF A SUCCESSFUL REFERRAL​

A referral is considered successful only when all of the following have occurred:

• A new family that qualifies under this program receives 10% off their first year’s tuition and a waived $30 registration fee.

• This benefit applies only to the first school year of enrollment and only to tuition for the Student Division.

• A new family may receive this benefit only once, regardless of how many children enroll or whether they were referred by a current family.

Credits and the new-family discount are issued only after the four-week attendance requirement is met. If the new family withdraws or stops attending before completing four weeks, no credit is issued to the referrer and the new-family discount may be reversed.

VERIFICATION AND STUDIO RIGHTS

• Charm City Ballet reserves the right to verify any referral, request documentation, and deny credit or benefits if the referral does not meet these rules or appears to be an attempt to game the program.

• The studio may modify, suspend, or end the Referral Rewards Program at any time with reasonable notice to current families.

• All decisions regarding eligibility, credit amounts, and issuance are made by Charm City Ballet and are final.

General Conditions

NEW FAMILY BENEFIT

The “New Family Benefit” means 10% off the first year’s Student Division tuition plus a waived $30 registration fee. It is available only to new families who have not been enrolled in the current or immediately preceding school year and who qualify through either the Referral Rewards Program or the Partner Program. The benefit applies only to the first year of enrollment.

NO DOUBLE BENEFITS

A new family may receive the New Family Benefit only one time. Claiming both a personal referral and a Partner referral does not increase the benefit.

TRACKING AND RECORDS

Charm City Ballet maintains internal records of referral sources. In any dispute about who made a referral or whether a referral qualifies, the studio’s records and determination are final.

CHANGES TO THE PROGRAMS

Charm City Ballet may update, suspend, or discontinue either program, or change reward amounts, eligibility rules, or benefits, at any time. Reasonable notice will be given to current participants when practical.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Participation in either program is voluntary. Charm City Ballet is not responsible for any disputes between referrers and new families or between Partners and the families they refer.​​​​
